They got their 20% regardless and seriously they all so rude. If you do go to the bistro do not order carry out, apparently they don’t like carry out because the customer service was absolutely horrible when we did this twice. The staff members there are completely put out to assist you. Whatever you do do not go to the 24/7 bistro. Everything is up charged… a microwave was $35 a day for the room, $100 a night is added to your bill for a deposit, a Pepsi was $4!! Calling the front desk is impossible because most of the time they do not answer and when they do they are rude. This was probably some of the absolute worst service I have ever had. In fact there is no customer service at all!! Everything you purchase has a 20% gratuity added to it so the staff members do not give a □. That is the only positive thing besides Andre that I can say about this hotel. The room is beautiful and the views are some of the best I’ve seen in New York. Get ready to spend a lot of money at this hotel for an Crappy experience. The service was completely downhill from there. When we first checked in a lovely gentleman by the name of Andre assisted us.
